Last week, The Tide® 37th Annual Golf Benefit helped spread the gospel to even more corners of the world.
The sold-out event at the Penn National Golf Club in Fayetteville, Pa., supported The Tide radio ministry, which produces heart-language radio programs in 23 languages in Africa, India, Europe and Southeast Asia—with additional languages on the horizon. Read more...

The Tide Reaches Listeners in Albania Who Aren’t Afraid to Share the Gospel

The Tide   has heard touching stories of what it’s like for Christians to live in a Muslim-majority country. After listening to The Tide Gospel radio programming, one listener in Albania shared her powerful testimony. Director Don Shenk reports that Ida, a university professor, recently told the ministry that she regularly listens to a Tide radio program and talks about Christianity with her students. “I listen to Radio 7 all the time, and the broadcast has literally changed my life,” Ida shared. “I’m a university professor, and I believe God has placed me in the midst of students to make a difference for God’s Kingdom. I often share my faith with my students and encourage them to search for God and know Him.” Ida’s brave decision to share her testimony with her students can actually be a dangerous one. Zimbabwe’s Pastors Share Hope of Christ Amid COVID-19 Restrictions

Churches around the world are experiencing social distancing measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and worship centers in Zimbabwe are no different. In fact, Zimbabwean pastors are at an even greater disadvantage because they may not have the technology to broadcast virtual services or recorded sermons. But we’re helping to provide a path for pastors to reach their congregations over the airwaves. “Pastors are unable to meet with their congregations in person due to the coronavirus lockdown, and many do not have the means to film, record or broadcast church services or messages,” says Director Don Shenk. “Therefore, The Tide studio has enabled these pastors to record sermons and prayers to share with their parishioners at a time when they are desperately needed.” Reports are showing that many Zimbabweans identify as Christian, but a large number still participate in traditional African religious practices, including ancestral spirit worship and witchcraft.
